Shield Recognized in 2025 Regulation Asia Awards for Communications Surveillance Solution

The judges looked for platforms that excel in identifying threats, maintaining low false positives, and adapting to evolving regulations, setting a benchmark for global capital market surveillance. 

Shield was recognized in this highly competitive category for its innovative platform specializing in digital communications surveillance. The solution leverages advanced AI to monitor a growing and divergent array of communication tools, including region-specific channels like WeChat and WhatsApp. Key features that stood out include its ‘AmplifAI’ layer, which enhances detection and drives productivity, and its flexible ‘Bring Your Own Model’ (BYOM) capability, allowing firms to integrate their own proprietary models.

The solution was also praised by judges for its ability to help firms address a wide array of risks, from market misconduct and insider trading to internal fraud, by effectively monitoring modern communication platforms.
