Shield fortifies global impact with strategic APAC expansion and further North American growth

Since 2018, Shield has rapidly emerged as a pivotal player with major global financial institutions in need of cutting-edge compliance solutions. With top-tier customers across the globe, Shield’s global footprint is once again growing. Earlier this year to support significant growth in North America, Shield established a New York office and appointed General Manager, Brian Panicko. And now, closing out 2023, in order to support valued customers in Asia-Pacific, Shield once again expands its operation.

To provide global deployment and support for our customers and partners anywhere in the world, it’s with pleasure that we now announce our expansion into the APAC region. Led by Moshe Benjo, VP EMEA & APAC, we’ve onboarded a strong team of customer support and tech experts, as well as the addition of regional sales director, Erik Avesani.

The APAC region serves as a frontier in compliance evolution with organizations across Asia and Australia looking for an AI-backed solution to find and prevent market misconduct. By putting a team in the region to understand and better meet these needs, Shield is quickly becoming the partner that APAC regulated organizations are coming to trust.

Since establishing its New York office in February 2022, the company has tripled its customer base while doubling its annual recurring revenue. Earlier this year, experiencing high growth across top-tier US firms, General Manager, Brian Panicko, expanded Shield’s local presence building out go-to-market teams, customer success, project managers, and industry-leading subject matter experts.
