Tal Raziel-Yosef – Chief People Officer
Tal brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving HR strategy in both startups and large technology enterprises. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at Dynamic Yield, where she supported the company’s rapid international growth, led its acquisition by Mastercard, and successfully managed the integration of global teams through transformative change. At Shield, Tal will focus on empowering Shield’s people-first culture, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent worldwide.
Adi Yaari-Fubini – Chief Customer Officer
With extensive expertise in managing customer relationships and aligning product strategies with client needs, Adi brings invaluable insights to Shield’s customer-focused vision. Adi previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Priority Software and held leadership roles at ProQuest, Ex Libris, and Deltathree. In her new role, she will lead Shield’s global customer experience teams, driving customer success and enhancing client partnerships.
