With 20+ years of industry experience, Emma now provides conduct risk and culture advisory services to a client base that comprises international firms from across the financial services ecosystem – from wholesale and digital banks, through to RegTechs and FinTechs. Recently, Emma has acted as an expert witness on conduct risk disputes and court cases – which sadly proves that issues in the financial services industry continue to persist.
We’ve witnessed, via some very high-profile misconduct cases, the real challenges some financial services firms are facing in supplying information to support investigations. A case in point is the recently completed Australian Banking Royal Commission (RC).
