She has a track record of successful delivery across a range of disciplines and functions – from Product Governance and Conduct, through to COO, global client service, and complex IT/process/organisational transformation programmes.

With 20+ years of industry experience, Emma now provides conduct risk and culture advisory services to a client base that comprises international firms from across the financial services ecosystem – from wholesale and digital banks, through to RegTechs and FinTechs.
