He has deployed various vendor solutions, set up Comms surveillance programs, overseen data science teams and implemented voice. Prior to working in global finance, Alex worked in law as an investigator and translator in criminal defense cases. He has a degree in literature writing from Columbia University and a passion for language.

Niv is a senior manager in Deloitte risk advisory based in New York. He leads Deloitte advisory’s market offering for Conduct, Supervision and Surveillance and has more than 20 years of experience in designing and building compliance and surveillance solutions for global banks, broker dealers asset managers and energy firms and in assisting with surveillance remediation and program enhancement.

Shlomit is Head of Data Science at Shield with a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science, M.Sc. in CS, and Ph.D in cognitive psychology. Her experience in the industry spans over a few decades in leading tech companies in Israel, large and small. Previously Shlomit served as VP of Research at medCPU, VP of Research at LawGeeks, and head of research at Verint.

Aviv Handler is a specialist in the regulation of the commodities and energy market providing advice and services to the energy and commodity markets in the understanding, preparation and implementation of Energy and Commodity Market Regulations. He focuses on all streams of European regulation including EMIR, REMIT, MiFiD II, MAR, the relevant parts of Brexit and SFTR as well as applicable rules across the globe.
