This is an amazing opportunity to join our great team as an HR Growth Partner. In this role you will work with several teams and departments and take full ownership of all HR aspects: from recruiting to mentoring; from managers’ development to implementing HR processes and policies; and from leading HR projects to supporting Shield’s culture within the regions.

We are looking for a person who possesses a combination of people understanding, in-depth and process-oriented thinking, as well as business understanding and practical attitude. Someone who combines high analytical skills, a can-do attitude and genuine curiosity for people, organizations, and technology. This combination of soft skills and business acumen is challenging, but it is crucial for succeeding in this role. 

This position is located in Israel, in our lovely office in Ramat Gan. We work in a hybrid mode, and you’ll be reporting directly to the VP HR.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships and become a valuable partner to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Be a trusted adviser and expert on anything people related, both in the immediate-tactical level and the strategic level. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers and lead professional and data driven recruiting processes, aimed at choosing the most suitable person for the role.
  • Become a trusted advisor, coach, and problem solver to some of the global teams.
  • Be the developer and protector of Shield’s culture and values, acting proactively with the entire org to identify and eliminate gaps, and making Shield a good place to work at.
  • Initiate and manage HR projects and processes that support HR and business goal, such as R&Rs, OKRs, Annual reviews, social activities etc.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR and recruitment within global tech-organizations.
  • Working with global team – a must.
  • English as mother tongue.
  • Strategic Thinker: Understands the organization’s business strategy, challenges and culture, and can translate it into HR initiatives.
  • Relationship Builder: Builds strong relationships with employees and managers, fostering a collaborative and consultative approach.
  • Effective Communicator: Has the ability to convey complex messages to employees and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Knows how to read the room, listen to subtext, and analyze data.
  • Adaptability and a can-do attitude: Can adapt to changing business environments and is flexible in adjusting HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.
  • A go-getter: On top of the strategic perception, this person should also be a doer, who is target oriented, works according to clear planning and timeline, and knows how to make things happen. 
  • Continuous Learner: Stays updated on HR trends, best practices, and industry developments.
