As an Integration Developer Team Lead, you will build and lead our brand-new professional services team! As a team lead of the professional services team, you will work closely with our solution managers to understand client’s needs and develop solutions to meet their needs and expectations. You will be responsible for end-to-end customization requests from different customers, focusing on data streaming and ingestion into the system.
We can’t promise it will be easy, but definitely exciting and most importantly – FUN.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the Professional Services team
- Help recruit BE developers and mentor new team members
- Work closely with Solution managers to understand and support clients’ needs
- Design, develop, and implement customization requests
- Support and maintain the production environment
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team – MUST
- At least 5 years of software development experience, out of which at least 3 in Java– MUST
- BSC in Computer Science or relevant field
- Working Experience with SQL Databases
- Experience with Automation Tests – a great advantage
- Experience with Spring
- Experience in Elastic Stack (ELK), Rabbit MQ, Kafka – a great advantage
- Problem solver and ability to think of out-of-the-box solutions
- Creative and innovative
- Passionate about learning and always seek opportunities to expand your knowledge
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a “Can Do” attitude
- A team player with organizational skills to also work independently
