Shield is a fast-growing start-up in the domain of financial services, we’re solving complex challenges for enterprises, using a blend of regulatory expertise, and technology, sprinkled with some artificial intelligence.

Our platform analyses huge amounts of electronic communications to fight financial crimes and mitigate a toxic workplace environment.

For this role, we’re looking for a ninja!  

Don’t you just hate job descriptions that start like that? what is a ninja marketer anyway? Does she have a sword? Doesn’t sound very safe… 

Anyway, in this role, you’ll have a chance to build Shield’s Demand Generation efforts from scratch, based on your domain expertise and your analysis.

Come to think of it, maybe it does make you a ninja?  


Responsibilities: 

  • Build and lead Shield’s Demand Gen activity. 
  • Team up product, partners, and marketing to create campaigns to mine the current lead base (Hubspot, Salesforce) and to nurture leads generated from new sources with a focus on micro-segments based on industry, use case, topic/technology/intent.  
  • Plan & execute quarterly Demand Generation plans in line with our business targets 
  • Measure, optimize and report on the progress and success of lead generation activities and campaigns. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to build the inbound sales efforts 
  • Build and execute highly targeted and segmented ABM campaigns. 
  • Own the demand generation efforts to drive virtual and field marketing events. 
  • Own the top-of-the-funnel marketing qualified leads (MQL) target for each quarter worldwide and drive conversion to SQLs. 

 


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation in a global B2B company. 
  • A data-driven individual that understands business and buying cycles. 
  • Understanding of capital markets, the players and our target buyers as an individual investor/fintech company/ financial institutions.  
  • Lead generation and campaign management experience 
  • Strong Analytical skills 
  • Experience in Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) execution. 
  • Expertise in understanding data, telling stories, and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience 
  • Expert knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress 
  • English speaker, with native-level writing and verbal communications skills. 
  • Attention to detail; strong work ethic and team player
