We are looking for an HR Manager to lead Shield's recruitment process and employee experience
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone interviews, conducting HR interviews and present job offers to qualified candidates.
- Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation of all administrative needs
- Welfare management, execute and manage the welfare activities
- Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience
- Work closely and collaboratively with hiring managers
- Manage employees lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
