Shield is disrupting the domain of business communications compliance. Our customer base is sell-side worldwide banks, investment managers and hedge funds, and the energy trading markets, all highly regulated.

We have the opportunity for an exceptional pre-sales manager to join our growing team. You will join a cutting-edge technology company, just after our Round A and with multi million $ revenue business. This high-profile position reports to the Global Head of Pre-Sales and should preferably be located in the US.

As part of the Sales Team, you will be the solution lead during the sales process. Working alongside our Sales Directors and Product Managers, you will help uncover customer business goals, needs and pains that relate to the Shield platform. The role will require you to create personalized business-value based presentations and demos and provide functional/technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.

What Will Your Job Look Like

  • Supporting sales in execution of deals to achieve business objectives
  • Participating in customer meetings, performing demos, presenting functional and technical solutions
  • Understanding customer needs, converting them to product specifications and building an optimal offering that fit those needs
  • Owning the deal product lifecycle, managing from deal initiation through product specifications to proposal
  • Replying to customer specifications and inquiries
  • Defining specifications and functional/technical requirements for product development
  • Prepare technical marketing materials
