Steve Haworth is CEO of TeleWare with responsibility for driving the business growth strategy of TeleWare. Working alongside the wider TeleWare team to develop integrated communication technology solutions focused on increasing employee productivity, enhancing customer experience and meeting regulatory requirements.
A graduate in Media Technology from the University of Teesside; Steve has worked in the telecoms space for some 20 years. During that time, he has worked with BT, Vodafone, Siemens (GPT) and Marconi to name a few. Joining TeleWare in 2002, Steve started his career at TeleWare as the Business Development Director and was appointed as CEO in 2007.
With focus on the cutting edge of communication innovation, Steve understands the importance and impact that communication technology can have on business. Building on the foundation of success, Steve has overseen the transformation of TeleWare from a telecoms business into a creative communications technology partner delivering better communications for better business.
Steve spearheads the TeleWare Executive Board, as well as a team of creative, customer-focused employees who are committed to enabling businesses connect, discover and grow. This is achieved via a range of tailored services and through the unique range of communications software that is developed in-house.
These solutions are designed to enable TeleWare’s partners to how their customers’ route, record and analyse their communications. Designed to improve the customer experience at every touchpoint.
