Michael Fotis launched Smart Money People, the UK’s financial services review website and customer insight company, in late 2014. Customers leaving feedback on Smart Money People are asked a range of performance and regulatory aligned questions. Five of these questions also cover the culture of firms.
Before launching Smart Money People, Michael worked in management consulting, delivering projects across a range of retail banking firms.
Michael has written about Financial Services for a range of publications including Spectator Money, Money Advice Service, FT Adviser, Love Money, and Respublica. He has an MA from the University of Cambridge and lives in central London.
