We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Partner who will work closely with the country manager and team to optimize the work environment for the team’s needs. If you love to play a pivotal role and have an impact on the organization, that’s the place for you! 

Let’s get down to business: 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships and act as the HR’s point of contact to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. 
  • Be the trust HR advisor for the local site manager 
  • Work closely with managers, the departmental HRBPs and the HR team to increase productivity, hiring and retention. 
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture. 
  • Sourcing & Networking: Identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to build a diverse talent pool. 
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process. 
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage. 
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through online presence, recruitment events, and social media, showcasing the company’s culture, mission, and values. 
  • Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth – ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Advise leadership on HR best practices and legal updates. 
  • Lead local HR projects and initiatives 
  • Administrate the onboarding and off boarding processes. 

The position is located in our office in Lisbon. We operate in a hybrid mode 2 times at the office. 

Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition / recruitment 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR and Talent Acquisition within a tech-organization 
  • Organized, with attention to details 
  • Able to work in a start-up environment: do what it takes and be agile 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders 
  • Multi-tasker as an understatement 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues 
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and writing skills
