As an experienced Solution Manager, you will act as a bridge between Delivery, R&D, Product, and Sales, in both outbound and inbound activities. You will work together with the project managers and focus on how to leverage technology to solve our customers’ needs. You will lead the integration of Shield’s technology into our customers by seamlessly addressing our customers’ needs and helping them navigate our organization.

What you’ll do:
- Solve Customer’s requirements by designing and documenting solutions.
- Lead technical interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Research, analyze and propose integrations for communications platforms.
- Liaise with Shield’s Product and R&D teams to help the solution evolve and adhere to the industry’s best practices.
Experience and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a solution Manager/Architect.
- Experience with Cloud and On-Prem deployments. – MUST
- Experience with delivery frameworks and AGILE methodologies. – MUST
- Ability to create and document technical designs for internal and external stakeholders. – MUST
- Ability to communicate with audiences with different levels of technical expertise. – MUST
- Hands-On Development experience. – advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation capabilities.
- Excellent English level both in writing and speaking.
