The R&D Program Manager plays a key role in driving the successful execution and release of product versions, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives across the R&D organization. Acting as a trusted advisor for strategic thinking and risk management, the R&D Program Manager leads high-impact strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration across teams, and ensures that R&D processes are informed by data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage R&D programs involving multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Development, Delivery, and Product teams to drive successful execution of program deliverables.
- Define program goals, scope, and success criteria, ensuring clarity across all teams.
- Develop and maintain a master program schedule, identifying key milestones and dependencies between projects.
- Monitor and report on program performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and resource challenges.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Leverage QA experience to maintain high-quality standards and ensure continuous improvement across all projects.
- Conduct regular program reviews, providing leadership with updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future planning.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&D
- Background in QA, with prior experience as a QA Team Lead (an advantage)
- leadership experience, preferably in managing R&D teams or projects
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is essential for overseeing R&D projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy
- Analytical and Problem-solving Skills with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and address challenges effectively
