Marketing Operations Manager

Shield is how financial organizations read between the lines and understand what their employee communications are really saying. We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with locations in Tel Aviv, London, New York, and Portugal. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own Shield’s Marketing Opps and Demand Gen ABM activity and take it to the next level. 
  • Team up with product, partners, and industry marketing to create campaigns to mine the current lead base (Hubspot) and to nurture leads generated from new sources with a focus on micro-segments based on industry, use case, topic/technology/intent. 
  • Plan & execute quarterly Demand Generation plans in line with our business targets 
  • Measure, optimize and report on the progress and success of lead generation activities and campaigns. 
  • Work closely with the sales team and SDR to build the inbound sales efforts. 
  • Build and execute highly targeted and segmented ABM campaigns.  
  • Own the demand generation efforts to drive virtual and field marketing events. 
  • Have a deep understanding of our domain and target audience  
  • Own the top-of-the-funnel marketing qualified leads (MQL) target for each quarter worldwide and drive conversion to SQLs. 
  • Expertise in analyzing data, telling stories, and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience 

Requirements:

  • A data-driven individual that understands business and buying cycles. Understands our domain and has done a similar role in a B2B company. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation marketing experience in a global B2B marketing role. 
  • Expert in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress – essential skills!
  • Technical skills – an advantage
  • Understanding of capital markets and the players as an individual investor/fintech company/ financial institution – an advantage
  • Lead generation and campaign management experience 
  • Strong Analytical skills 
  • Experience in Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) execution. 
  • Expertise in understanding data, storytelling, and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience 
  • Experience working with SDR
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail; strong work ethic and team player.
