In this role, you’ll be the key trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring that people’s strategies enhance organizational performance while fostering a supportive work environment.
You’ll collaborate with the business units to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and support a high-performance culture.
We are looking for a person who possesses a combination of people understanding, in-depth and process-oriented thinking, as well as business understanding and a practical attitude. Someone who combines high analytical skills, a can-do attitude and genuine curiosity for people, organizations, and technology. This combination of soft skills and business acumen is challenging, but it is crucial for succeeding in this role.
This position is located in Israel, in our office in Ramat Gan. We work in a hybrid mode, and you’ll be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
